Job Description

EZ Ride is looking for a bright, energetic self-motivated person to work in our Front Desk area. The candidate should be computer literate and a problem solver. The candidate should be to respond any inquiry from our clients in a promptly manner. Our customer service department has an excellent reputation and we are looking for someone with the skills to become a valued member of our team.

Responsibilities:

– Greet any incoming clients and visitors into our office
– Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
– Build sustainable relationships through open communication
– Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution
– Analyze data and produce reports.
– Assist with coordination of company events and program promotion

Requirements:
– Proven customer support experience
– Microsoft Office — Internet — Social Media Computer Skills.
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Bilingual (Spanish – English)
– Associate degree

Work Schedule:
– Monday to Friday (Morning/ Afternoon Shift 9:30am to 2:30pm)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12.50 /hour
