Harrison, New Jersey is hot! According to numerous news reports, the redevelopment of the Harrison PATH Station is contributing to a renaissance in the town. Water’s Edge, a new 141-unit residential community located along the scenic Passaic Riverfront is part of the boom.
Water’s Edge was built by New Jersey-based BNE Real Estate Group and features studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments at reasonable rents, far less than those in New York City. It is just four stops and a 20-minute train from the Freedom Tower at One World Trade Center. Being that close to Manhattan makes the property very attractive to people who commute there. BNE wanted to take advantage of the proximity to the PATH Station, so they went looking for a company to establish a shuttle service. Their search led them to EZ Ride which provides shuttle services for many residential communities in Bergen, Essex, and Hudson counties.
