Ryde4Life – Pricing
Ryde4Life – EZ Ride’s transportation program for older adults in partnership with Transportation Network Companies (TNCs) such as Lyft and Uber, allows us to help more seniors with their transportation needs and rides that can be requested in real time.
Here's what you pay
Members pay the fees charged by transportation providers such as Lyft along with a $2.50 administrative fee.
Annual membership fee shall be $15 per year.
Discounts
50% discount on rides for qualified program members
Eligibility: To take advantage of this fantastic offer, the rider must meet the eligibility criteria for any ONE of the following NJ DHS programs:
- Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged & Disabled (PAAD) Program
- Senior Gold Prescription Discount Program
- NJ Medicaid
This 50% discount cannot be combined with any other program offerings. Rides will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, as funding is limited.
Gratuity
Gratuities are voluntary. While you are free to provide additional payment as a gratuity to the driver, you are under no obligation to do so.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
You may elect to cancel your request for services at any time prior to the Driver / Third Party Provider’s arrival, in which case you may be charged a cancellation fee by Lyft/ Uber along with an administrative fee charged by EZ Ride.
