Q. What is Flex-T Mobility Partner?

A. FLEX-T Mobility Partner is a reliable and affordable means of transportation to and from employment for people with limited mobility. FLEX-T Mobility Partner links you with volunteer drivers and provides EZ Ride marked vehicles, ensuring that you have a safe, dependable and affordable way to commute. Advance registration is required to set up a transportation account. Once an account is created, rides must be reserved in advance.

Q. How do I sign up for the program?

A. Call us at 732-380-1299 or click here to complete an online registration form and establish your transportation account.

Q. How long after signing up can I begin using Flex-T?

A. You will be able to start scheduling rides with FLEX-T within 48 hours of receipt of registration.

Q. Will someone contact me regarding pick-up times?

A. Yes an EZ Ride Representative will contact you the day before your scheduled ride to confirm your pick up time and location.

Q. What type of payment can I use to update my transportation account?

A. Your transportation account may be paid by check or credit card.

Q. How can I check the balance in my transportation account?

A. A detailed invoice will be sent to you in the mail at the beginning of each month. If you have further questions, feel free to contact us at 732-380-1299.

Q. Do I need to pay the driver?

A. No, payment should never be given to the EZ Ride drivers. Please send all payments to the address provided or call Jodian Brown at 201-939-4242.

Q. Can I be dropped off and picked up at any other location than what was scheduled?

A. No, you can only be picked up and dropped off at your scheduled locations and pick-up times.

A. No but you can leave a voicemail and someone will return your call the next business day.

A. Cancelations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled ride or you will be Charged for the ride.

Q. What type of vehicles do you use? How many vehicles do you provide?

A. We have 5 sedans, a minivan and an ADA Accessible van. Our vehicles are marked with the EZ Ride logo for ease of identification.

Q. Do you have any wheelchair accessible vehicles?

A. Yes. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you require wheelchair accessible transportation.
