Flex-T is a membership-based program. Riders establish a transportation account. Once that's set up, rides to work can be scheduled in advance.
How to register
You can establish your Flex-T transportation account online or by calling 732-380-1299. Once you're registered, you can begin scheduling your ride to work at any time. Always reserve your ride at least 24 hours in advance.
Riders must be on time for their rides, as drivers are not permitted to wait more than five minutes after their appointed time because they may have other passengers to pick up. Cancelations must be made 24 hours in advance of the ride or the fare is charged.
